Strawberry tart

* 3 glasses of flour water
* 150 gr. butter
* 1 teaspoon of baking soda
* 1 glass of water sugar
* egg
* cold water
For the cream:
* 3 glasses of milk water
* 4 tablespoons of flour
* 1 glass of water sugar
* 1 vanilla package
For the top:
* strawberries

In a bowl, pour 3 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 cup of water, sugar and mix. Open the middle of the flour and pour 150 gr. butter. Add 1 egg on top, first mix the butter and the egg, then the flour. Then add some cold water to the dough and mix well.
Pour the dough into the tart bowls and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes until it hardens. Then put it in a preheated oven and bake it at 170’C.
For the cream, pour 3 cups of milky water, 4 tablespoons of flour, 1 cup of water, sugar, 1 vanilla packet into a pot and mix until the cream thickens. Remove the baked tarts from the bowls and pour the cream over them and then the strawberries.
