Chicken soup

For 4 people:
* 1/2 chicken breast * 1/2 chicken
thigh * 1 onion * 1 tablespoon flour * 2 garlic cloves * 1 tablespoon butter * salt * black pepper

Boil chicken and onion together in water with a little salt. After boiling, remove the meat and cut it into small pieces. In another pot, fry a little flour in butter until the smell of flour disappears for about 3-4 minutes.
You can add some water to the pot where you boiled the chicken so that it becomes about 1 liter, then pour this little by little into the flour pot. Press the garlic and put it in the pot together with the chicken. Add a little salt while checking it (because the chicken juice is salty). Let it boil for 10 min, leaving the pot open. When you are ready to serve, sprinkle black pepper over it.
