Swedish meatballs


* 500 g minced meat
* 1 minced onion in a mixer
* 1 cup salted cottage cheese
* 3 tablespoons of milk
* 2 slices of stale bread
* 1.5 teaspoons of salt
* black pepper
* 1 tablespoon oil

For the cream:
* 2 tablespoons vinegar
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 2 cups gravy water
Above:
* Parsley

Press the cheesecake well with milk. If it is still thick add some milk. Add the other meatball ingredients and mix well. Divide the dough you form into balls, put it in the oven and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Bake if rotating on all sides for 6 min. Roast the wine in a bowl with lids to keep warm.
Drain the oil and the meatballs and in the same saucepan pour the vinegar and heat until just evaporated, add the flour and the meat. Stir for 8-10 min. and bake until it thickens. Drain the cream on a wire drain. Serve with cream and parsley.
If you want you can serve it without the cream.
